Has worked for some of the best known restaurants in the valley, such as Napa Valley Grille, Silverado Resort, Domaine Chandon, and the Culinary Institute of America in Greystone.
For the past 11 years, Bernardo has been the Executive Chef at Silverado Brewing Company where he led the restaurant to become one of the first Green restaurants in the Valley to help promote the sustainable food movement.
